Your Rep will ask you all the right questions and listen to your answers so they can fully understand what you’re looking for in an apartment, to build the most precise, efficient, result lists from your criteria.

All of our reps bring an impressive amount of insight, experience, and real market research to the table.

At this point, your rep will go through the list with you and adjust it if necessary. The goal is to choose the apartments that meet your desire and necessity from your hyper-personalized list.

Next up are the apartment viewings. Now we understand this can be time consuming, so we’ll do everything possible to make it convenient for you. Your rep can call the properties that you’ve chosen as your favorites to arrange a touring schedule, in person or by video, whichever works better for you.

 Once you've decided, your rep will stick with you through the application and approval process.
